3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

All financial transactions on vj888 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The payment methods accepted on the Platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposited funds are accepted only from the user's own registered payment method.
• Depositing via a third-party account or payment channel is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing typically takes 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will be sent only to the same method used for the deposit.
• vj888 may request additional documents to verify the source of funds; withdrawals may be temporarily held while this process is ongoing.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements of the applicable bonus have been met.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

vj888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions. The general bonus policy is described below:

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or a deposit of ৳18,000 earns a ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
• Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.

General Bonus Policy

• The same member may not claim a bonus more than once.
• Bonus balance cannot be used to participate in other promotions unless the offer's terms specifically state otherwise.
• vj888 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time without giving a reason.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, the related bonus and any winnings accumulated may be voided.

9 Dispute Resolution & Complaints Process

vj888 takes all member complaints seriously. In the event of a dispute or complaint, please follow the process below:
